Quotation are valid for the term of 14 days from date of estimate. Any quotations provided may not include the cost of Postage & Packing unless specifically identified on the quote.

Sizing and Design Specification approval is the responsibility of the customer. We may help, suggest and guide customers but the ultimate responsibility of sizes & design specification is that of the customer. If wrong sizes are ordered, or there is an error in design which has been approved by the customer, We will not provide a refund or exchange as these are bespoke products which cannot be resold.

In the case of Defective Goods, we agrees to replace, repair or offer a price reduction, provided that:
a) the goods have been stored in a proper and appropriate manner;
b) the goods are returned to Sportsal in the condition they were delivered;
c) the customer can provide a copy of the invoice.

We reserve the Right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This website is not required any kind of payment information. You understand that your content (not including credit card information),

Delivery times cales can vary depending on demand. It is the customers responsibility to ask for timescales at the time of order. We will provide an average timescale based on current demand and any other influencing factors.

Shipment Terms
The goods shall always, regardless of route and transportation means, be shipped to the place of destination at the risk of the purchaser. Traffic duties, if not accruing to us in the case of freight paid FOB and CIF deliveries, shall be borne by the purchaser unless, due to statutory regulations, the seller must bear traffic duties alone.

Payment Terms
If upon completion of a transaction no other conditions of payment have been stipulated in writing, our invoices shall be payable net after 30 days.
